Meditation is an ancient practice with many variations and applications. An increasing amount of scientific research is showing how beneficial it can be for your well-being, as it helps reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain.

Mindful meditation is the practice of being calm, still, alert, and aware in the present moment. This helps you increase your inner peace, self-concept, perception, and overall well-being. A fulfilling mindful meditation practice can become a way of life, a way of serenity and detachment from the turmoil generated by the personality self. This helps you maintain a state of conscious awareness even through difficult situations.

As your meditation teacher, I support you through the process of developing a nurturing meditation practice for yourself that can meet your personal needs.

Private Meditation Group: min 3 people £10 per person.

Learn to Teach Meditation & INTRODUCTION to MINDFULNESS Course

Become a teacher of relaxation and mindfulness

 

This unique course will build your professional skills in supporting others to develop a deep inner connection. Ideal for people wanting to lead group meditations and for therapists who want to enhance their client’s relaxation experience.

  • 3-Day Course: 2 training days with a follow-up training day 6 weeks later

  • Certificate on completion

  • £380

  • NB: You must have been meditating for at least 12 months to participate in this training

Come along to our guided group meditations. Give yourself an hour of self-care to meet like-minded people and learn new meditation techniques to help you reflect and relax.

Held on alternating Thursdays at The Stevenson Centre, Great Cornard, Sudbury & Petals Well-being Retreat, Great Yeldam.
