LEARN TO TEACH MEDITATION & INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS
Become a teacher of relaxation and mindfulness
This unique course will build your professional skills in supporting others to develop a deep inner connection. Ideal for people wanting to lead group meditations and for therapists who want to enhance their client’s relaxation experience.
3-Day Course: 2 training days with a follow-up training day 6 weeks later

NB: You must have been meditating for at least 12 months to participate in this training
Meditation Group
Need a moment to be still, why not join us for an hour of peace and tranquility. A moment to reconnect with you. I will guide you on a journey to relax your mind and body, a moment to nourish and replenish your energy.
Reiki Level Two
On completion of the Reiki Level One course you can then progress on to Reiki Level Two Course, which furthers your knowledge and allows you to share the gift of Reiki with all, in a safe and professional way, it also teaches how to carry out a distance Reiki healing session.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking with the remainder of course fee paid one week before course date.

On completion of the Reiki Level One course you can then progress on to Reiki Level Two Course, which furthers your knowledge and allows you to share the gift of Reiki with all, in a safe and professional way, it also teaches how to carry out a distance Reiki healing session.
