Do you feel you need a moment of peace & relaxation? Why not join us once a fortnight for one hour of self-love and care. In that hour i take you on a guided journey where your body and mind gets to take a breath a relax.
Mindful Meditation is the practise of being calm, still, alert, and aware in the present moment. This can help you to increase your inner peace, self-concept, perception, and overall wellbeing. A fulfilling meditation practise can become a way of life, a way of serenity and detachment from the turmoil generated by the personality self. This helps you maintain a state of conscious awareness even through difficult situations.
